These terms apply to all visitors, users, and participants of Robokranti events and services. By registering for our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We collect personal information that you provide when registering for events, including but not limited to:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• School/College/Institution name
• Age and grade/class information
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment gateways)

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Processing event registrations and payments
• Communicating event details, updates, and notifications
• Providing customer support
• Sending promotional materials about future events (you may opt-out at any time)
• Improving our services and user experience
• Complying with legal obligations

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your payment information is processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways and is never stored on our servers.

Workshop registration is confirmed only after payment of the seat booking fee. The booking fee secures your seat for the selected workshop and is part of the total workshop fee.

The remaining workshop fee must be paid within the timeline communicated during registration or in your confirmation message. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking without any refund.

All workshop payments are final and non-refundable. This includes the seat booking fee, partial payments, and full workshop fees.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, missed sessions, non-attendance, technical issues on the participant side, or failure to complete the remaining payment on time.

Seat booking fees are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizers in writing.

By registering for our events, participants agree to:

• Follow all event rules and guidelines
• Behave respectfully towards organizers, mentors, and fellow participants
• Take responsibility for their own equipment and belongings
• Allow photography and videography for promotional purposes (unless opted out)
• Provide accurate information during registration

Participants who violate event rules or engage in inappropriate behavior may be removed from the event.

Robokranti and its organizers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Personal injuries or accidents during events
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Travel or accommodation expenses in case of event cancellation
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues arising from third-party services

Participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. Parents/guardians of minor participants are responsible for their supervision and safety.

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during events remain the property of Robokranti unless otherwise specified. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use event materials without written permission.

Participants retain ownership of their own projects and creations developed during events.
